Daniella Genas founded Genas Enterprise Consultants in 2017 with the aim of empowering entrepreneurs to Think Big, Take Action & Keep Pushing. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, business systems, goal setting and action plans.

Daniella founded her first company Aspire4u, in 2009. As the leader of the social enterprise, she provided training, showcasing, work experience, employment and development opportunities to over 2000 young people in addition to mentoring. As well as youth training Aspire4u specialised in event management and Daniella coordinated a variety of high profile events for clients such as Birmingham City University, Millennium Point, and Birmingham City Council. She secured a quarter of a million pounds worth of funding through her skill as a bid writer for the organisation as well as secured sponsorship from organisations such as Sony BMG, HMV, Haribo, Coca Cola and Subway.

Daniella is passionate about youth entrepreneurship and empowering youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. As such she regularly shares her entrepreneurial story with students and young people at educational institutes and events across the country. She attributes her ability to connect with the young people to her honest & no holds barred delivery and her inner-city upbringing.
